It takes a lot of time to make an illustration bread. A few days to think about the design, another few to think about the molding method, and many more to practice in order to make it perfect. All the colors you see in my bread today are made from natural ingredients like cocoa powder, beetroot powder, spinach powder and some more. Our sour dough are made through a 72 hours low temperature fermentation method and many more hours of hand molding to get it into shape.
